Your First Visit
Our goal is to provide our patients with the most effective treatment and pleasant clinical atmosphere.
During your first appointment your doctor will perform a neurological examination and review your medical history. Your diagnosis is then given and discussed. All findings and your treatment plan will be reviewed with you. This is a great time to ask any questions you may have. If further testing is required it should be scheduled before your next visit to our office. The results will be reviewed on your follow up appointment and your diagnosis and treatment plan discussed.
We are gladly to authorize your medication refills over the phone. All refill requests should be made during normal business hours which are Monday through Thursday from 8:30 to 5:00 and Fridays until 4:00. Please keep in mind that refill approvals can take from one to two days.
If your insurance company requires a referral from your primary doctor, please be sure to bring it with you on your first visit. Without it we would not be able to bill your insurance company. Referrals can be helpful because they allow our doctors and staff to coordinate your treatment with your primary care physician.
OUR PAYMENT POLICY
For managed care insurance plan please remit your co-payment at the time of services. We accept Medicare assignment. Payment can be made by cash, check or credit card. We accept Discover, Visa and MasterCard. Call us with any billing or payment questions you may have.
